That was my first impression when I landed at Charles de Gaulle airport at 6 in the morning. In this season, sun won't get up before 8 am, neither will I.

At the first day we went to Microsoft France and had lunch there with several friends. The company's restaurant was not bad but its vending machines were great! Press a button and your drink falls without coins!
We also visited Fabien's art school. From its first floor there is a great view of Louvre.
Left: A boy sat high on the Louvre playing a drum. Don't worry, it was not a real boy but a work of art. Before I knew this, I was astonished and wondered why no one does something to him.

Right: A trash bin. It looks ugly but prevents terrorists to put bombs inside secretly, according to a very kind Parisian.
Behind Notre-Dame there's a little park with trees in lines and benches under them.
"Those are love benches," a Parisian told me. "In summer, all the benches will be taken by couples. They hug; they kiss. You'll feel lonely if you go there alone."
Centre Pompidou in the evening, the most beautiful moment of a day.

Before I came here, I thought I loved cheese. Yes, that's before I tried the goat cheese, blue cheese, salty cheese and whatever cheese that I never imagined.
Francois's father was making me try all kinds of cheese.
